Cancellation Policy

START TIME : Encourage your guests to arrive before our party service! This will help promote a punctual start time as we promptly begin at our scheduled start time STAFF: We will arrive 1 hour before your “start time”; kindly have the kids in another area while we are setting up. HEADCOUNT : Final headcount to be confirmed 1 week prior to your party date. In the event that there is a “no show” or a child chooses to not participate, the original quote still applies. ​ PHOTOS/VIDEO OF YOUR SPACE: Please send us a picture/video of your space so we can get an idea of the area we are working with. MEALS/CAKE/ETC : We will not be able to stop the party time during our hosting time-slot for meals, cake or presents; it would be ideal to save that for before or after our time slot. Snacks and Drinks are ok! Please reach out if you need to adjust this! PAYMENT METHODS: credit card via website, or via e-transfer (3% discount applies to e-transfer payments) a) Invoice Details: will be sent upon completion of online credit card payment, OR if payment method is e-transfer then this will be sent closer to the party date with the final balance b) When Is Balance Due: by the end of the day the day before your event latest DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS: $100 Deposit is Non-Refundable. > Full remaining balance (excluding deposit) will be returned with 1 week or more notice (8 days or more) > Half of remaining balance (excluding deposit) will be returned with less than a week’s notice (7 days or less) TRAVEL : Travel Fee applies to cities outside of Toronto; amount varies. CONDO/BUILDINGS : Clients who host a party in a building are required to meet the staff in the Lobby to provide access to the building, guidance to the party room/suite, and parking instructions.
